When the frequency conversion roller feeds the job with electric control into the blasting chamber, each side of the job gets powerful and the intensive shot hit.
It removes dirt off the surface quickly to get a bright and clean surface with a certain roughness. The desired texture /finishing/ roughness can be obtained by varying speed of conveyor/ speed of blast wheel/ size of shots etc. The production speed of the machine is very high. Loading and unloading can also be automated.
The operation process is controlled by a cubical control panel which houses short circuit & overload protection devices along with contractors& timers of suitable capacity.

Additional Information

The machine is designed with an efficient work area of about 600 mm in width where a number of blocks can be finished at a time. The abrasives retained on the slabs are wiped off by a rubber knife & the fine layer of abrasives is blown off by an adjustable air knife system which is operated with the help of compressed air.
