How A Swing Table Shot Blasting Machine Works

The working principle of this machine is simple and automatic. It consists of a rotating turntable that holds the workpiece and one or more blast wheels that throw abrasive media at the surface. The machine works by putting the job on a door-mounted turntable, and then moving it into a blasting chamber where it gets blasted with shots. After blasting, the shots fall into a hopper and are taken away by a conveyor.
The chamber where the blasting happens is built strong enough to handle tough conditions. It has protective plates in front of the blasting area to keep it safe. The rest of the chamber is covered with a wear-resistant neoprene rubber sheet to make it last longer. Even the door of the machine has this rubber lining.
